Robert Dietrich, O.D.
Dr. Dietrich attended Chadron State College in Chadron, NE from 1969 - 1972. He graduated from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN with a B.S. in Visual Science in 1974 and an O.D. (Doctor of Optometry) degree in 1976. He began his practice in 1976 as Panhandle Vision Clinic. His practice has been in the same location for 34 years in Alliance, NE. The current name of the practice is Alliance Vision Source, P.C. In addition, he established a satellite practice in Bridgeport, NE in 2004. The current name of this satellite practice is Bridgeport Vision Source. Dr. Dietrich specializes in Low Vision Rehabilitation and Neuro-Optometry. He is certified in therapeutic medications, glaucoma management, cataract and LASIK co-management, eye injuries and eye disease. In 1999, he received an appointment by Governor Mike Johanns of Nebraska to serve as a member of the State Rehabilitaion Council for the Visually Impaired. In 2002, he received a Presidential Citation from the Nebraska Optometric Association for his work in Low Vision Rehabilitation. His hobbies include church activities, biking and muscle cars.

Kristopher T. Hubbard, O.D.
Dr. Hubbard attended Southern College of Optometry and graduated as a
doctor of Optometry in 2009. He received his training at the Veterans
Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) in Memphis Tenneessee. His practice focus is
general and medical optometry, glaucoma treatment, surgery commanagment, and
pediatrics. He completed his undergraduate degree from Brigham Young
University-Idaho in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Minor
in Chemistry. His hobbies include running distance races and spending time
with his family.

Tamara V. Franklin, CPOT, VSBA
Office Administrator
Ms. Franklin graduated from Mid-Plains Community College for Optometric Assisting in North Platte, NE with a CPOT degree in Certified Paraoptometry in 1988. In addition, she received a VSBA degree in Optometric Business Management from Vision Source, Inc. of Kingwood, TX, in 2007. She has been affiliated with Alliance Vision Source, PC since December, 1990, serving as the office administrator for both the Alliance and Bridgeport offices. She is currently serving with the American Optometric Association Commission for Paraoptometric Certification and is the Certified Paraoptometric Technician Practical Examination Administrator for "national testing". She is active on both state and national levels of paraoptometry.
